it with those additional hidden fees!
3% is strongly recommended but not required to
the buyer's agent. We do allow you to adjust this rate up
or down if you wish. Reducing the rate previously mentioned will void our money back Guarantee
and increase your market time.
Our Flat fee listing program is the best in the
industry. Many will claim they are a Flat fee company, while
adjusting their fee to the price of your home. Our closing fee
is fixed and will not vary from home to home. We are Full
Service, This fee will encompass our time that traditionally
pays 250%+ ( Yes two-hundred-fifty-percent ) more than our fee for
a full service listing. Screen buyers, setting appointments,
premium experience and exposure, answering phones, negotiation
assistance, schedule closing along with hundreds of details for
a timely and successful closing. In addition to this, if
there were no incentive at the end why would anyone keep
working and assisting you towards your ultimate goal, “SOLD”!
They take your money and run, we get paid when the job is done.
We prefer to keep the upfront costs low, providing superior
exposure and service. While having a closing fee in place this gives us an
incentive to get to the ultimate goal of "Sold", anybody can list a home, we
genuinely want your home sold! Many of our commission free competitors charge
everything upfront, while claiming they have no fee at the end, Answer
this, Do you get paid in full and in advance at your place of
employment? so why do our competitors
expect this? (they never sell)
Anybody can list a home, Getting Them Sold in a timely manor is
